JOHN LEHMANN
Founder & President
A former professional tennis player and lifelong entrepreneur in sports and events, John Lehmann has spent his career bringing people together through competition. He has founded multiple sports marketing companies and produced thousands of corporate events spanning tennis, golf, skiing, major sporting events and innovative sports marketing programs. Today, John brings that experience to Uplifteam, creating employee-centric events and team-building experiences designed around a simple belief: has a unique ability to connect people, build camaraderie and strengthen company culture.
JULIE WIESMANN
Director of Operations
A three-time NCAA National Champion and former NBA dancer for the NY Knicks and the Miami HEAT, Julie Wiesman has built a career at the intersection of athletics, performance and event management. For 15+ years, Julie’s roles included wellness programming, staff management, event production, and On-Screen marketing for Exhale spa’s globally. At Uplifteam, she brings that same passion for events, movement, connection and well-being to creating experiences that engage people, strengthen relationships and bring teams together.

David Kenas has been capturing Uplifteam events for more than 20 years. With roots in sports photography and years spent shooting around the world, David has an extraordinary instinct for capturing the moments that tell the real story — the competition, the camaraderie, the emotion and the connections that happen before, during and after an event.
His photojournalistic style and remarkable ability to anticipate a moment have made him an integral part of the Uplifteam experience. Simply put, we believe David is one of the best in the business at capturing people being people.

Senior Events Coordinator
Ashley Munzenberger plays an essential role at Uplifteam, helping turn complex events into seamless experiences. She oversees technology, scoring systems, staffing and event flow — ensuring the many moving parts that lead up to and power some of our largest programs.
A driven entrepreneur and former award-winning teacher with a background spanning hospitality, fitness and corporate events, Ashley brings an exceptional combination of organization, creativity and problem-solving to everything she does. Just as importantly, her effervescent personality and positive energy are unmistakable — bringing warmth, enthusiasm and a genuine sense of connection to our team, our clients and every Uplifteam experience.
